Chess Redesign

In this partner project, we recreated the game pieces in chess to resemble a fire and ice narrative. My role was to focus the craft on the fire pieces, which included designs such as firewood, lightning, and the sun. We decided that each of our corresponding pieces should have the same bounding shape around the silhouette designs, as we believed it may help the viewer understand which piece is which in the game.
