Delta Spirits

Packaging design is the connection of form, structure, materials, color, imagery, typography, and regulatory information with ancillary design elements to make a product suitable for marketing. In this project, I experimented with "informational packaging" that seeks to provide users and consumers with more detailed information about the product beyond just its branding elements and basic features.

Delta Spirits was created to enhance the bourbon drinking experience. Targeted towards fathers and all bourbon lovers alike, Delta Spirit's packaging aims to inform the reader how New Orleans impacted the bourbon industry. As bourbon is rising in popularity, it is important that drinkers not only have accurate information about the ways bourbon is made, but that they also have delicious recipes to follow to create the best cocktail.
